After You have completed the ordering process, You will be sent an e-mail with order confirmation. We accept the following forms of payments - national or international bank transfers, credit cards (VISA and MasterCard credit cards) and PayPal. National transfers can be done through the convenient Bank Link’s (pre-filled payment which already has all the necessary information) of Swedbank, SEB-, Nordea-, LHV-, Krediidi- and Danske bank. All payments methods are verified to be safe.

Terms of payment by national bank transfer is 1 business day. For international orders deadline for receiving the payment is 3 day. Your order will be processed after You have paid for it. If You have not paid the invoice within 1 business day after the issuance of the invoice, orders will be automatically canceled. If You have more than three unpaid orders within one year, we reserve the right to ignore Your next orders and we will cancel Your user account in our database.

If order confirmation has not reached You within 1 hour after confirming the order, please contact us immediately, as there might be several reasons for it we could together overcome. For example - entered e-mail address is not correct, e-mail “box volume” is exceeded, e-mail got into the spam filter etc. However, if there is for some reason still delay or a technical failure of Your payment, please be sure to inform us about it by e-mail

If You pay the order by bank transfer, please make sure to enter Your order number into the explanation. If the person who is receiving the order and making the payment is the one and the same person, then adding the order number is preferable but not required. If the persons who are making the order and making the payment are different, then the order makers name and order number are required to be added to the bank transfer explanation.
