Return policy

If the ordered product is not suitable for You or do not match Your expectations, You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving Your product. You can change it to another product, or receive Your money back. If You would like to return the products, we ask You to inform us about it immediately after Your order is received, by e-mail using standard form. If You would like to replace the product for a different size or for a different product, You only have to cover the costs for returning the products. For the first changing of the product, we will pay for new shipment. If You would like to change the same item again, You already have to cover the both shipments. If You want to receive back Your money for the returned product, we will make the transfer to Your bank account latest within 30 days (Estonian Law of Obligations § 56 section 3). The money will be returned to the same bank account that You have used to pay for the goods. In case of the refund, the cost of returning the products has to be covered by You. Money will be transferred to Your account only in a case we have received back the unharmed returned goods.

Demands for a product if You want to exchange or return:

  • The product must not be used
  • The product labels must not be taken away
  • The product must be in its original packaging, which must not be damaged
  • The product must not be dirty
  • The product must not have any odors
  • The product must not be washed

NB! In case the returned item does not meet any of the above mentioned criteria, we will not accept it. Due to hygienic reasons, we are not refunding lingerie (we don't exchange and we don't do the refund) (lingerie sets, bras, briefs, high briefs, thongs, boxer briefs, corsets), nightwear, costumes and stockings (including nobodies and kits)

If the products You have ordered arrived to You with the defects which was not possible to detect on external examination and You have opened the package, or if the products that arrived are not what You have ordered, please e-mail us immediately and inform about this. In these cases, we ask You to send the products back to us, and when the returned products reach us, we will send You new products as soon as possible. If the defect is technological nature, we first offer You a product improvement, or if improvement is not possible, then replacement or refund.

Replacing/refund doesn’t apply if the damage to the product is caused by inaccurate or wrong package opening, or wrong or inaccurate use. The complaint can be submitted in free form, but be sure to write Your name, complaint date and Your contact information. In the complaint please also write the nature of the complaint (what is wrong with the product) and Your desirable solution. We will respond to You in writing latest within 15 days.
